This class will focus on breathing techniques, gentle yoga stretches, and restorative poses which releases tension and fatigue stored in the muscles and restore balance and energy to the body. Flexibility in the muscles also takes stress off the joints, ligaments and tendons, and helps prevent injuries such as muscle pulls and tears.  

Metabolic Conditioning 

Metabolic conditioning classes are our version of a cardio workout. These High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) classes burn calories, get your metabolism revving and give you the cardiovascular benefits you are looking for. Research has shown that interval cardio training is the most effective for increasing endurance and fat loss.

Total Body / Functional Training

This class is designed to build lean muscle which will boost your strength and power as well as burn calories! Each week you will rotate through the predetermined circuit routine for that week which includes various exercise stations specifically designed to improve your Flexibility, Mobility, Strength and Core / Lumbar Stability.

Team Training 

A high intensity interval training; group fitness class designed not only to burn fat, but to increase your metabolic rate as well. 


Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), is a system designed to expand active, usable and functional ranges of motion. In other words, increase joint mobility, through a combination of movements designed to enhance the way the central nervous system sets its threshold for muscle length and joint range of motion and overall joint health.
