Golf Fitness Classes are BACK!!
I’m so excited to announce that the in-person golf fitness classes are finally back at Motivate Fitness starting Monday October 11th at 7pm.
It’s been quite a while since we were able to hold live classes so I’m super pumped to teach you my new and improved golf fitness exercises that I’m sure will not only get you stronger and in better shape, but it will also teach you how to prevent some of the common golf related injuries.
I have a whole new series of core stabilization and injury prevention exercis
es that I can’t wait to share which I guarantee will help you with your swing speed and efficiency.
I’ve also decided to utilize Zoom Call so if you are interested in joining the class but can’t make the in-person sessions, you now have the option to participate remotely. This way, if you’re don’t live in the area or traveling, you can still participate in the classes as consistency is the key to success.
Here is how the program works:
·Each Monday at 7pm there will be a One-Hour In-Person Class as well as a Live Zoom Call with TPI Certified instructor Bill Tokmajian where you will learn how to safely and effectively improve your mobility, strength and power.
· All classes will be live on Zoom and recorded so you will have access to them at any time.
·You can choose to participate in these classes Online only if y
ou prefer not to take the in- person classes.
This is a 10 Week program beginning on Monday October 11th and will run until December 13th.
